What kind of professional is AIIA looking for?

Independent sales professionals able to grow a territory and support a housing project over time. Sales experience matters more than the sector you come from.

What is the difference between B2B and B2C?

B2C supports individual projects: private buyers, investors, landowners, usually a single unit. B2B addresses campsites, hotels, tourism operators and investors, on projects that may involve several units.

Which territories are concerned?

Development is under way in France, Spain, Italy and Belgium, and is opening in Morocco, Madagascar and the Philippines.

What tools does AIIA provide?

Product documentation, sales arguments, marketing materials, up-to-date pricing and commercial terms, and Slack access to commercial information and AIIA contacts.

Do I already need to work in real estate?

It is not a requirement. The ability to qualify a project and build a relationship matters more than the sector you come from.

How does the collaboration work?

It is a self-employed activity, built on growing your own portfolio. The terms of the collaboration are set out directly during the selection process.
